What is your return policy?
We accept returns of originally packed, unused items within 30 days. Please send us an Email to info@tbr-store.com and include your order number and article you wish to return and we will send you a return label.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your TBR piece ever needs attention, send us an Email to info@tbr-store.com and we will assess the best approach to restore or repair your bag.
About Our Leather
What type of leather do you use?
We work exclusively with full-grain cowhide - the most authentic and durable expression of leather. Minimally processed, it preserves the natural grain, strength, and character of the hide.
Why does my bag look slightly different from the photos?
Full-grain leather carries natural variations in texture and tone. These nuances are intentional and celebrated. No two TBR bags will ever be identical, making each piece uniquely yours.
How will my bag age?
With wear, your bag will develop a warm, rich patina. The leather softens, deepens in color, and becomes more personal - aging beautifully alongside you.

Caring for Your Bag
How do I care for full-grain leather?
- Brush gently with a soft brush
- Wipe clean with a lightly damp cloth
- Avoid oils or harsh chemicals
- Store in the dust bag away from moisture and direct heat

What if the leather scratches?
Light marks are normal and will soften into the patina over time. Most can be gently buffed with your fingers or a dry, soft cloth.
Will my bag lose its shape?
TBR bags soften naturally while maintaining their structure. Over time, the leather relaxes in areas you touch most. which is typical for authentic full-grain leather.
